Frequently Asked Questions
How do I use Wild Yam Cream?
Wild Yam Cream is for external use only. For best results, apply to soft, thin areas of the skin where absorption is most effective, such as the chest, neck, breasts, abdomen, inner arms, and thighs. Choose one area per application and rotate the location daily.

For Menstrual Cycle Support (PMS, Hormonal Balance, Cramps)
• Day 1 of your cycle is the first day of your period (with normal flow).
• Apply 1 pea-sized amount morning and night from Day 5 to Day 18.
• From Day 19 to Day 28, increase to 2 pea-sized amounts daily.
• Stop use on Day 28, and recommence on Day 5 of your next cycle.
What if my period doesn’t come after Day 28?
If your period hasn’t arrived, pause for 5 days, then begin applying again — this new start day becomes your Day 5.
If spotting occurs mid-cycle, continue using the cream until Day 28 or until full bleeding begins (whichever comes first). Always treat the first day of normal menstrual flow as Day 1.
⸻
For Perimenopause & Menopause Support
• Count the first day of your period as Day 1.
• Begin use on Day 7, applying 1 pea-sized amount in the morning and evening through Day 20.
• From Day 21 to 28, increase to 2 pea-sized amounts daily.
• Stop on Day 28 and begin again on Day 7 of your next cycle.
If you no longer have regular cycles:
Start the cream on any day and count it as Day 7, following the same pattern outlined above.
⸻
For Men
Apply 1 pea-sized amount once daily to areas such as the chest, abdomen, or inner arms.
⸻
Postpartum Use
Wild Yam Cream can be gently used during the postpartum period to support hormonal balance and recovery. Follow the menstrual cycle application if your period has returned, or begin a cycle-like routine (Day 7–28) if it hasn’t.
⸻
Important Notes
• Some individuals may experience temporary heightened symptoms as the body adjusts — this is known as a “healing crisis” and may be a sign of deeper hormonal imbalances being addressed.
• Always consult with your healthcare provider if you’re unsure about usage.
